We are Chad and Diana Deeter, co-founders of A Better Life Enterprises and creators of the SEEDS family of resources. For more than 50 years combined, we have walked alongside individuals, families, executives, and nonprofit organizations who wanted to administer their resources with wisdom but did not always know where to start.
What we kept seeing was this. The spirit of poverty does not just touch the family in debt. It touches the executive afraid to ask for a raise. The nonprofit operating on borrowed time. The pastor who knows the Word but cannot sleep at night. The mother working three jobs to keep the lights on.
We built SEEDS because we believe God did not make any of His people for survival. He made them for abundance. And it begins with administering what is in your hand right now with wisdom, generosity, and faith.

Diana E. RodrĂguez-Deeter
Three decades of financial leadership in service of people and mission.
- Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's degree in business administration
- Over 30 years as a professional accountant
- Former CFO who has trained and supported C-suite executives across multiple sectors
- Auditor and Reviewer for Head Start organizations across the United States and territories
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, the foundation that allows SEEDS to serve both English and Spanish speaking families, churches, and organizations
- Specialist in nonprofit fiscal oversight, compliance, budgeting, and strategic financial leadership
- Has walked individuals, families, and churches through financial transformation for three decades
- Co-author of SEEDS: Joseph's Template and the SEEDS Life and Wealth Planner

Twenty five years of Fortune 500 leadership and family financial coaching.
- Over 25 years as a Territory Manager and Manufacturer Representative for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company
- Over 20 years coaching individuals and families through personal finance and life direction
- Real estate experience: purchased, remodeled, managed, and built single family rental properties
- Vision lead for the SEEDS family of resources, including SEEDS Starter, SEEDS Wealth Builder, and the SEEDS Premium Bundle
- Co-author of SEEDS: Joseph's Template and the SEEDS Life and Wealth Planner
Together, Chad and Diana serve as volunteer leaders in their local church and live in Puerto Rico, where they continue to author, teach, and coach.
