Before we talk about budgets or balance sheets, we ask one question: what has God called you to? The numbers exist to serve that calling. They were never meant to rule it. This is where I start, with a person and with an organization.

From medicine to accounting, by God's direction.
At 19, studying medicine, I had a car accident. Walking afterward, I asked God why. He told me in my spirit: leave medicine, become an accountant. I obeyed before I understood. Years later I understood the why.
Today I administer God's resources with purpose and order, and I help others do the same. In their home. In their business. In their ministry.
