Calendar access for coaches
Our coaches may connect a Google or Outlook calendar to SEEDS Coaching. When connected, we do two things with that calendar:
Read: we read event times and titles to block booking availability and to show events on the coach calendar.
Write: we create, update, and cancel calendar events for coaching sessions booked through SEEDS Coaching, so each session appears on the coach calendar with its date, time, and video link.
We do not read calendars of people who book sessions. We do not sell calendar data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising. We use it only to provide scheduling features inside SEEDS Coaching.
SEEDS Coaching use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Using the service
SEEDS Coaching lets you book and manage sessions with our coaches. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully.

SEEDS coaching and education are for guidance and encouragement. They are not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and we do not promise any financial outcome.
Changes and cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation email. We may also reschedule or cancel a session and will let you know as soon as possible.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
