As a pastor, husband, and father of four, Randall understands the everyday challenges of balancing faith, family, and finances, and brings both empathy and real life perspective to his coaching. Chad Deeter

Chad Deeter, co-founder of A Better Life and co-creator of Seeds: Joseph’s Template, the Seeds program, and the Life and Wealth Planner, brings a practical, faith-filled approach to financial coaching from his base in Puerto Rico. With years of experience in mentoring, ministry, and leadership, Chad also plays keys and serves with V1 Church. He is passionate about helping people from all walks of life grow in freedom, purpose, and legacy.
